It's getting late in the season.  Here at Barry Best Seamless we've been getting tons of calls at last minute from people who had gutter damage from last year!  Don't wait to have your gutters looked at or cleaned out till last minute!  If your gutter's are improperly attached or have started to come loose over time this very thing could happen this winter.  If your gutter's have not been cleaned in over a year it's time to have them cleaned so the water can properly flow through the gutter.  People have already started more this year then last year ordering Heat Cable to be put in their gutters to help with this water and ice problem.  I just want to remind you of the very hard winter we had last year and this year could be more of the same, so have all of your house ready including your gutter's.

This has been quite a summer.

Summer only started officially a few weeks ago, but it feels like we've been having summer-type weather for much longer than that, and that's because we have! Here at Barry Best we are feeling the effects of summer weather wise-for sure, and with our increased business as well. Summertime is always our peak time of the season, but this year is exceptionally busier than ever! And although we are very excited about that, and very grateful to ALL of our customers, because of this high volume of business we have, our projected time-frame for jobs getting done are a little longer than they have been in the past. We want you to know that we appreciate your patience and your understanding as we move through the next few weeks. We realize that your time is very precious and important to you, and you are very important to us. We will work with you to get your job done as soon as we can.

Gutter Clean Outs

Yes spring is actually coming and you should start thinking about the out door cleaning, this also includes cleaning your gutters .  You don't want to have to get up on the roof to clean them out even if you have a low roof  you can still get seriously hurt!  Have Barry Best come out and clean them.  Save yourself the time and aggravation of cleaning them.  We are fully insured and have over 20 years in the gutter business.

RAIN BARRELS

Guess what both of these are.  They are Rain Barrels.  I recently did some research for Rain Barrels as some of you might have scene these big blue 55 gallon drums, or maybe if your lucky the old wooden barrels.  Now they have some that look like stones and are very attractive.  These both hold about 40 gallons of water.  Rain Barrels are growing in popularity for during those dry summer months you can use this water that would normally be wasted as run off from your gutters and store the water.  Since this is rain water there's nothing added like calcium so the water is great for watering your plants you can even use it to water your lawn.  The benefits are you will save on your water bill and save on the environment.  We here at Barry Best Seamless are looking into the future of going green and saving the planet.  We are looking into providing this service in the near future.  What a great add on to your gutters, a place to finally put all that water!!!!

Phone Waiting

Is this you when you call a company to set an appointment?  Recently I had to get  three estimates for the company.  I either just got an answering machine or one company had me fax the measurements to do their estimate.  Here at Barry Best we try our Best to answer all our calls, or get back to our customers as soon as possible to set up their appointment.  In some cases we are able to get someone there in a couple hours! Isn't it nice to know there is still a company that actually answers their phones, and returns your phone call.  If you are in need of a gutter estimate please give us a call.
